Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は消滅の危機にある宮古八重山諸方言のアクセントについて、記述調査及び分布調査の実施、記述資料を基にした類型論的考察、通時的考察、資料の作成を行う。また国際発信のためのコンテンツの充実を図る。本研究が対象とする場所としては、以下の地域（地点）を予定している。宮古諸島では伊良部島佐良浜、宮古島狩俣・大浦、与那覇、上地・洲鎌および多良間島、八重山諸島では竹富島、黒島、小浜島、波照間島とその移住地白保、西表島、石垣島宮良・大浜・四箇である。一部の島（地区）でも分布調査も実施する。記述調査の結果を踏まえ、地域差の見られる必要な地点を判断し、簡易調査票を用いて行う。
