Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、北東シベリア地域に分布する古アジア諸語の言語・方言間に見られる違いを、内的要因と外的要因の両面から解明することをめざし、チュクチ・カムチャツカ諸語・ユカギール諸語の言語変異（下位言語・方言）の語彙および文法レベルでの詳細な比較対照研究をおこなう。古アジア諸語は、地理的にも、歴史的にも、類型的特徴においても重要な位置を占めるにもかかわらず、近隣に分布する諸言語と比較して資料の蓄積も記述研究も極めて限定的である。本研究では、文法に関してとくに動詞形態法を重点的にとりあげ、動詞形態法における言語接触の影響解明をめざす。
