Outline of Research at the Start	①中国山東地区の約10万年前以降の石器群の編年的位置づけを明確化し、泥河湾盆地、中国東北部、韓国等の石器群と比較分析、大陸での石器群の消長や分布の変化を把握する。 ②日本最古級の石器群と山東地区等の鋸歯縁石器群を対象に、両者の異同性、①で把握された石器群の動向にもとづき、「中国北部の鋸歯縁石器群：日本後期旧石器起源説」を検証する。 ③中国北部、日本で共有される台形様石器などの技術的要素を抽出・分析し、両地域での各技術的要素の出現・拡散過程を比較、それらが共有される過程・理由を把握する。 ③古環境や古代ゲノム分析なども援用し、中国北部の石器群や技術的要素の列島への拡散現象の背景を探求する。
