Outline of Research at the Start

産業革命以後地球温暖化が顕著に表れているが、温暖化の進行は一定ではなく、産業革命前と呼ばれる19世紀後半よりも、20世紀初頭のほうが低温だったことがわかってきた。我々がこれまで独自にデータレスキューした気象データを用いて、19世紀後半の気候との比較を行い、20世紀初頭の低温の規模を明らかにする。地球温暖化に内在する自然変動を適切に把握し、地球温暖化による被害軽減や対策策定の根拠となる事実を提供する。
