Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、5G・IoTの進展に伴いイノベーションの主体が多様化・多層化・グローバル化する中で生じている新たなSEPライセンス問題の全体像を明らかにするとともに、具体的に示されたわが国の関係諸法の解釈論上および立法上の論点に立脚し、多層的・多面的な研究を通じてその解決策を提示することにある。
