Outline of Research at the Start

研究は、株式会社の活動によって第三者に損害が生じた場合において、会社及びその役員等（取締役、執行役及び会計監査人など、会社法423 条1 項の役員等をいう）が、それぞれどのような内容の責任を負うものとすることが望ましいか（望ましい責任分担のあり方）という問題について、法と経済学の研究成果を積極的に活用するとともに、民法や商法の既存の解釈論をも踏まえて、理論的・体系的に考察し、それに基づいて具体的な解釈論、及び必要に応じて立法論を展開する。
