Outline of Research at the Start	中小零細企業（MSME）は、途上国の人々の生計や包摂成長の鍵である。インドのMSMEも例外ではなく、雇用の約60％を創出している。その一方で、MSMEが生み出す付加価値はGDPの約30％にとどまっており、生産性の向上がインドの包摂成長のために不可欠である。本研究では、MSMEの二つの成長障壁と考えられる①フォーマルな融資へのアクセスと②新しい技術の導入に注目し、企業成長の制約を改善するための政策設計をRCT（ランダム化比較試験）という研究手法を用いて検討する。
