Outline of Research at the Start

We use administrative data from Japan and Taiwan to investigate whether female medical students and doctors get the same residency training and job opportunities as their male counterparts. We aim to add to academic discussions and improve our understanding of gender issujavascript:onSave();es and the doctor shortage.
