Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、財務困窮企業における監査人の交代に注目し、段階的アプローチによるGC情報の役割を明らかにすることを目的とする。本研究では、世界的にもユニークであるわが国のGC情報と監査人の交代をともに考慮したセッティングで、フィールドワーク研究、分析的研究、実験研究、アーカーバル研究を実施する。本研究は、わが国のユニークなセッティングを用いて、a) オピニオンショッピング、b)ローボーリング、c) 監査人の職業的懐疑心にGC情報がどのような影響を与えるのかについて初めて取り組むものである。本研究を遂行することによって、国内外を問わず、GC情報の開示をめぐる制度設計に資する証拠を得ることが期待される。
