Outline of Research at the Start

特異項目機能の要因の探究により、国際比較研究の方法論に貢献する。特異項目機能の要因を特定することで、調査設計やデータ分析の質の向上、データハーモナイゼーションの推進、新たな知見の獲得とその国際的情報発信をめざす。ジェンダーと教育、信頼と排外主義をテーマとした国際比較調査を見据え、日本・韓国・米国の比較を念頭に置き研究を進める。文献レビューと2次分析と予備調査から特異項目機能の要因に関する仮説を立てる。仮説の検討のため実験的ウェブ調査を企画し実施する。実験的調査データの分析結果にもとづき調査票設計に対する指針を導くとともに、特異項目機能がみられる場合の補正等の対応について検討する。
