Outline of Research at the Start

人の移動が活発化する今日、移民をめぐる諸問題が各地で議論されるようになったが、移民の流入や定住が重要視される傾向があり、移民の出国については、充分に検討されてこなかった。中でも注目に値するのが、近年増えていると言われる移民の再移住である。誰が居残り、誰が出身国に戻り、誰が、なぜ、第三国へと再移住するのか。本研究では、外国人の流入・流出ともに増える日本を拠点に、流動化する移動の過程と社会統合との関連をグローバルな文脈から分析する。
