Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，①介護者のストレス・プロセスに影響を及ぼす地域特性を解明，特に地域レベルのソーシャル・キャピタルの効果と機序を検証，②地域特性とストレス・プロセスとの関連が介護者と被介護者の特性によって異なるか否かを検証，特に社会階層による差異を検証し，階層間格差の制御因子を解明することである。介護者と一般住民に対するパネル調査を行い，各要因の変化から疑似実験的に因果推論を試みるとともに，マルチレベル分析により地域レベル要因を特定する。介護者を支える地域の要素を特定し，従来のストレス・プロセス・モデルにソーシャル・キャピタル論と健康格差論の理論と成果を踏まえた新たな概念モデルと知見を提示する。
