Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、国際移住による子ども・若者の社会統合プロセスにおける福祉・教育的課題・ニーズを明らかにし、彼らの社会統合に向けたソーシャルワークの支援モデルの構築を目的とする。
とくに、子ども・若者支援では、日本語教育・教科教育およびその後の進路・キャリア形成が将来の自立や自己実現に影響することを鑑み、教育と福祉の連携を踏まえた支援の在り方を考察する。
本研究では、国内の移民的背景をもつ子ども・若者の福祉ニーズ調査、国内のヒアリング調査、移民受け入れに先駆的な取り組みを行っている豪州およびドイツの知見を取り入れたフィールド調査を実施し、日本の実情に即したソーシャルワーク実践モデルの構築を目指す。
