Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、団塊ジュニア世代の高齢化を見据え、多様化・個別化が進む家族介護に対応した新たな支援のあり方を検討するものである。家族介護者の「生活」に着目し、介護活動と日常生活（睡眠・活動量・情緒状態等）を定量化する「Care-quantification」を理論化、情緒的消耗の予防や行動変容を促す支援の構築を目指す。オンライン記録および活動量計を用いたデータから、従来支援に届かなかった介護者への有効性を検証し、地域包括ケアシステムにおける実装可能性を評価する。
