Outline of Research at the Start

増加するクルミアレルギーについて、実行可能性・安全性の高い適切な摂取開始時期を確立する必要があると考えた。そこで、乳児でも離乳食に混ぜて安全に摂取できる形態であるクルミ粉末を用いて、離乳食初期からのクルミ早期摂取と比較して離乳食完了期からの摂取であってもアレルギー発症予防効果があることを臨床研究で明らかとする。ごく微量のクルミ入りパウダーの粉末の開発を行い、クルミアレルギー予防のための離乳食に関するガイドラインの提供のための臨床試験の基盤研究を行う。
