Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、学校給食における「食マイノリティ対応」の実際と、「食マイノリティ」対応の根拠となる法制度の分析、そして海外における学校給食の事例を、日本の事例と対置させて検討することによって、これまで見過ごされてきた学校給食における排除と包摂の構造を明らかにする。そして、差異を承認し尊重するだけではなく、少数者(マイノリティ)の権利を保障する公正な学校給食のあり方を示することによって、誰をも排除しないインクルーシブな教育のあり方、さらに次世代における多様性との「共生」像を提示する。
