Outline of Research at the Start

多くの国で、リカレント教育や国際的な人的モビリティの推進を背景に、多様な学修歴をもつ非伝統的学生の受け入れが進められている。ユネスコ規約を締結する日本でも、非伝統的学習の評定・承認が求められており、正規教育内外における学びの接続強化が課題となっている。本研究は、非伝統的学習の質保証の手法として「既修得学習の承認（RPL）」に着目し、アメリカ、フランス、韓国、マレーシアを対象に、1）政治・社会的背景、2）質保証枠組みでの位置づけ、3）運用実態と課題を比較分析し、日本への示唆を導くことを目的とする。
