Outline of Research at the Start

保育者の資質向上と人材確保の一体的展開のため、心理教育に焦点を当てた保育者養成校学生と現職保育者が共に学ぶ「マルチレイヤートレーニング(MRT)」の開発を目的とし、以下の研究に取組む。
・研究1：心理教育（メンタルヘルス、組織づくり）MRTの試行及びMR集団の特性の解明
・研究2：心理教育（メンタルヘルス、組織づくり）MRTの実施と検証
・研究3：社会的実装のための調査（ニーズ調査）に基づくMRTの開発
