Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、児童虐待や様々な家庭の要因により家族と離れ、社会的養育の下で生活を送る子どもや養子縁組者に関する記録の管理と利用を支援することを目的としている。「なにもないよりは何かが欲しい。」それが、自らの過去を知るために、記録を探し出し、情報へアクセスしようとする養子縁組者を含む社会的養育を経験したケアリーヴァーの望みである。記録管理システムの整備を行うための本研究は、その望みを実現させることをめざしている。個人情報を保護しつつ、子どもを主体とした記録管理システムの構築をめざし、各国の記録管理のアプリケーションの検討と支援の枠組みを分析し、必要な支援の検討をおこなう。
