Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の学術的な「問い」は，「『令和の日本型教育』を担う教師とはどのような教師で，教師とはどのような職業なのか，そして，どのような専門職性が求められるのか」である。この問いを解決するために，これまで蓄積されてきた教師の専門職性に関する研究の成果や課題を整理することによって，教師を取り巻く根源的な「問い」に応えることができると考えている。そこで，本研究ではわが国における教師の専門職性に関する実証的研究とその理論構築を行うことが目的である。本研究において，わが国の教師の文化や特性を生かした教師の専門職性を理論的に整理することができれば，国際的にも価値の高い研究成果に繋がると考えている。
