Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、大学が持続的に成長し社会的責任を果たすために必要な「共創的ガバナンス」の理論と実践モデルの構築を目的とする。まず、国内外の文献をもとに理論枠組を構築し、公立大学のガバナンス特性を体系的に分析する。次に、公私立大学や英米の大学を対象に、学長・理事長・学外委員らの役割認識や選定過程を調査し、実践事例を蓄積する。さらに、理論を精査したうえで全国規模の調査を行い、質の高いガバナンスに必要な要素や行動様式を明らかにする。研究成果は学会等で発信し、出版にもつなげる。
