Outline of Research at the Start

吃音が治癒しない場合，吃音児（者）は成長するにつれ吃音に対し否定的な感情や態度を呈するようになり，話す場面を回避するなど吃音を隠す行動を行う中で，社交不安症を引き起こすことが知られている．そのため，吃音児（者）の生活の質の向上のためには，発話症状だけでなく感情・態度・行動を一体の問題として捉えて対応することが必要である．
そこで本研究では，RASSで使用されている指標を基に信頼性や妥当性などの検証を行い，吃音児（者）の感情・態度・行動を捉えるための尺度を作成する．さらに，吃音訓練前後の評価から目標値（寛解値）の設定に繋げることに加え，継時的な変化を捉えることで予後に関連する因子を明らかにする．
