Outline of Research at the Start

近年の急速なICTの発展によるグローバル化を受け，教育の分野でも，価値の多様化や価値観の転換に対応できるとともに， Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK)を有する教育人材の育成が求められている。そこで，これまでに開発したグローバルレッスンスタディ（GLS）のプログラムを発展させ，参加国及び参加者の対象を拡大することにより，多様な立場や観点からの議論が促され，TPACKの向上に資する新しいプログラム(拡張型GLS)の開発を行うとともに，教員の変容を評価する指標や手法を開発し，拡張型GLSを通した教員の変容を明らかにする。
