Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、心的外傷後ストレス症（Posttraumatic Stress Disorder; PTSD）の臨床症状を呈する青少年への治療とケアの向上と拡大を目的として、青少年用認知処理療法（Cognitive processing therapy for Adolescent and Young Adult with PTSD; CAYAP）について評価者盲検ランダム化比較試験によるPTSD症状を呈した青少年に対するCAYAPの有効性を検証する。次いで、青少年と保護者を対象にした早期介入セルフヘルプウェブツールの開発と有効性を検証し、さらに青少年に対するCAYAP心理教育マテリアルの開発とその普及啓発、加えて、治療後も残存する睡眠障害や悪夢改善のための認知行動療法の開発研究を行う。
