Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は,大気圧下で母材を加熱せずに導電性接着剤を接着し,その表面に形成される絶縁膜を利用した高密度な表面実装技術の開発である.大気圧プラズマと導電性接着剤を組み合わせた独自技術に基づき,(1)導電性接着剤の硬化と絶縁膜形成を同時に行う多層膜形成プロトコルの確立,(2)得られた多層膜のJISおよびIEC規格に基づく性能評価を行う.これにより,低温・短時間で高導電性と絶縁・耐候性を兼ね備えた多層膜の形成を実現し,電子デバイスの小型化や高密度実装の実現に貢献する.
