Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，光有線通信の大容量性と光無線通信の高拡張性を融合し，低消費電力・大容量・高拡張性を兼ね備えた新しい光スイッチネットワークを実現することを目的とする．高度な光信号伝送方式と変換デバイスの開発，適応的ネットワーク設計・制御法の構築，およびそれらの統合による実証実験を通じて，将来のデータセンタ通信基盤の革新を目指す．
