Outline of Research at the Start

近年，定量的空間経済学と呼ばれる一連の研究により，現実的な都市空間を対象とした計量分析が可能となっている．しかし，既存の枠組には計量分析の際に要求される大規模な数値解析を容易にするための強い仮定が導入されており，それが現況再現性を著しく低下させる根本的な原因となっている．本研究では，既存研究の問題を根本から解決した現況再現性の高い都市経済分析枠組を開発し，計量分析結果の精度・信頼性を向上させることを目的とする．そのために，分析枠組の基盤となる経済モデルを拡張し，表現可能な現象を多様化させる．そして，計量分析のためのデータ整備・パラメータ推定・数値解析を系統的かつ効率的に実施する手法を提案する．
