Outline of Research at the Start

高経年の膨大なマンションストックをみると、再生は喫緊の課題である。再生メニューとして、建替え、一棟リノベーション、敷地売却などが選択肢として提示されている段階とはいえ、一般の人が、重大な意思決定上の提案を迅速かつ自律的に行うほどには内容は説明されていない。マンション再生への意識を醸成し自律的に意思決定を行うための枠組みの構築を多変量解析を通して行う。具体的には、各区分所有者への理解を深め各々の特別な事情を明らかにし、また、マンションの管理組合や棟の課題となる情報とを分けてその分類をおこない、棟としての統一した答えに至る判断材料とする。さらに、個人情報の収集について法的観点から検討する。
