Outline of Research at the Start

令和6年能登半島地震は高齢化が進む過疎地域における地震災害である。これに対して、人口減少に伴う税収減を踏まえて集約的なまちづくりを求める声も出ているが、未だに人口減少下の居住域と住まいの復興のあり方が明確に提示されているとは言いがたい。しかし、高齢・過疎地域においては、応急仮設住宅と災害公営住宅の整備が実質的に居住集約を進めることになるのではないか？それは被災者の生活面などから適切と評価できるのであろうか？本研究は能登半島地震被災地における公的住まいの提供を通じて、居住者の集約がどの程度実現されたのか、多角的に復興プロセスにおける居住の集約性について検証するものである。
