Outline of Research at the Start

町内会や自治会などの地縁による地域自治組織は、多様化・複雑化する住民ニーズや頻発する自然災害への対応などに対してきめ細かい共助の役割を発揮することが期待され、デジタル技術を導入して効率化が図られ始めた。
そこで、本研究では、自治会活動のデジタル化が導く共助社会へのプロセスと新たな地域ガバナンスの構造を明かにすることを目的として、自治会活動のデジタル化に対応した事例の網羅的収集と背後にある各主体の変革意識を明かにし、自治会活動のデジタル化を介した地域社会の変化のステップと情報技術が果たす役割を明かにし、期待される新たな共助の仕組みを構築するための道筋と変化の到達点を提示する。
