Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、災害多発国である日本とイタリアの応急住宅の「脱仮設」に焦点を当て、災害対応の新たなパラダイムの提示を目的とする。日本では東日本大震災以降、既存ストックの活用が模索されるが、長期的視点の研究は乏しい。イタリアでは市民保護局主導で長期居住可能な応急住宅が整備されているが、両国とも運営や供給の遅れが課題である。本研究ではイタリアの先進事例を参考に、日本に適した持続可能な住宅供給モデルを提案する。
