本申請では,広帯域スペクトルを有する波エネルギーを高効率で回収し,レジリエンス機能に優れた「一点弾性係留索を有する多連結型の浮体式波浪エネルギー発電方式」を新たに提案・開発する.特に,「一点弾性係留」「エクスターナルタレット機構」「連結部PTO駆動方式」「多連結弾性浮体構造」を一体的に組み合わせた新たな「波浪エネルギー発電方式」に着目し,従来の技術的課題を解決しつつ,早期普及と実用化に向けた要素技術を確立する.
