Outline of Research at the Start

災害現場における被災者の捜索においては、遠隔操作航空機（Unmanned Aerial Vehicle、UAV／ドローン）の活用が期待されている。本研究では、UAVに多次元画像の取得が可能なハイパースペクトルカメラを搭載し、空中からの自動的な被災者捜索を実現するための技術基盤の開発を目指す。そのため、補助事業期間中には、1）ハイパースペクトル画像上で人体の特徴を保持しつつ次元を効果的に削減する手法、2）AIを導入し、次元削減後のデータから人体を効率的かつ高精度に抽出する手法の確立に取り組む。
