Outline of Research at the Start

多岐にわたる既知の色素分子の中でも、”生命の色素”と称されるポルフィリンは、その独特な環状π共役構造により金属イオンを捕捉し、多様な物性機能を生み出す化合物群の一つである。本研究では、環状ポルフィリン骨格を破壊することで得られる開環ポルフィリン類縁体（例：ビラトリエン）に注目し、これまで推進してきた構造的変異要素を取り入れた新規な開環ポルフィリノイドの配位化学を光機能材料へと展開する。
