Outline of Research at the Start

医薬品開発および生命科学研究の基盤として、複雑な炭素骨格と多数の極性官能基を有する中分子に注目が集まる。しかし、有機合成技術の不足のために中分子の化学合成には多大なリソースがかかり、研究のボトルネックとなっている。本研究では、すでに複雑な化学構造を持つ入手可能な中分子を精密変換する手法を開発することで、入手可能な中分子の構造多様性の拡張を目指す。
