Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、申請者が見出した猫乳がんにおける LMTK3 による新規免疫制御機構の詳細を明らかにすることでヒト転移性乳がんの免疫療法の開発につなげるとともに、オルガノイドを用いた新たな乳がん転移モデルを作出する。さらに、新規 in vitro 薬物動態解析モデルの開発や、ヒト乳がんオルガノイドの作製効率を向上するための新規培養用サプリメントの探索を行うことで、猫乳がんオルガノイドを活用した橋渡し研究を加速させ、獣医臨床への応用とヒト転移性乳がんの克服につなげることを目標とする。
