動物の細胞では中心体と呼ばれる細胞内小器官が細胞の中心に位置することで、細胞核をはじめとする他の構造の位置も決まります。その仕組みにはいくつかの説がありますが、どれか一つでは説明しきれず論争が続いています。本研究では、それらを組み合わせて、中心に集まる仕組みを実験と計算の両面から調べ、長年の謎の解明を目指します。
