Outline of Research at the Start	ごく一部の人にだけ重い副作用を引き起こす薬が存在する背景には、個人の免疫応答の差があると考えられている。中でも、スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群などの重篤薬疹は致命的となる場合もあり、その予測と回避は喫緊の課題である。本研究では、HLAやT細胞受容体が関与する新たな発症メカニズムを提唱することで、十分に実証されてこなかった従来の仮説の刷新を試みる。さらに、個人の免疫レパトアと薬物との相互作用から副作用リスクを予測する新しい基盤技術の確立を目指す。
