Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、免疫系を介した腫瘍血管新生の制御機構とその個体差の原因を解明する。申請者が同定した新規遺伝子TSARGに注目し、Tsarg欠損マウスを用いて免疫系―間質―血管の相互作用を解析。さらに、ヒトTSARGのSNP解析と臨床検体による機能解析を通じ、遺伝子多型ががん病態の個人差に与える影響を明らかにする。
