Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、アストロサイト由来の分泌タンパク質IGFBP2が脳病態に与える影響を解明することを目的とし、3つの到達目標を設定する。①脳梗塞モデルを用いて、IGFBP2の機能阻害が病態や行動に与える影響を組織・機能・行動面から評価して、IGFBP2が脳梗塞による運動機能の低下及び回復において果たす機能的役割を明らかにする。②IGFBP2の発現制御機構をCa2+/NFkBシグナルに着目して明らかにする。③IGFBP2分泌の制御機構をIGFBP2動態可視化プローブにより細胞レベルで明らかにする。
