Outline of Research at the Start

マウスを使用した前臨床MRI研究として次の3つの課題に取り組む。①単一血管イメージングと水拡散MRIを組み合わせて血管周囲腔の脳脊髄液の流れを覚醒下/麻酔下マウスで可視化する。②老廃物を直接的に可視化するためにアミロイド/タウなどの老廃物の分子MRイメージング技術を確立する。③脳血管を光遺伝学で操作した際の血管周囲腔の水の流れあるいは老廃物の流れを可視化する。
