Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ヒト先天性頭頸部・心臓疾患であるHolt-Oram症候群（HOS）およびDiGeorge症候群（DGS）の責任遺伝子であるTBX5、TBX1と相互作用するlncRNAsの生体機能の理解を目指す。具体的には以下の３点に焦点を当てて研究を遂行する。①制御ゲノム領域の同定、②lncRNAs変異による疾患発症機序として相互作用するタンパク質群の同定、③lncRNAsを制御する上流因子の探索を目指す。
