Outline of Research at the Start	心不全は心臓の働きが弱くなることで命に関わる病気である。本研究では、心不全の心筋細胞に見られる遺伝子の異常に注目し、ヒト心筋細胞を用いた遺伝子スクリーニング研究を行うことで、その中から新たな治療の標的となる分子を探し出す。心筋細胞そのものに働きかける全く新しい治療法の開発を目指している。
