Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、異なる遺伝子変異を持つ前白血病細胞同士の細胞間コミュニケーションが、さらなる悪性化を惹起して急性白血病の発症に結びつくかを検証することを目的とする。
JAK2-V617F変異細胞とエピジェネティクス因子変異細胞が混在する移植モデルを用い、細胞間コミュニケーションがこのマウスモデルにおけるAML発症に必須の役割を果たしていることを検証するため、造血組織である骨髄を前白血病期からAML発症まで経時的に解析する。
