Outline of Research at the Start	男性ホルモン依存性がんの特徴を有する前立腺がんの病態とその致死的な難治化のメカニズムを解明し、新規治療法を開発することが社会的に希求されている。独自に開発した患者由来がんモデルで幹細胞性に着目しつつ、内分泌代謝学、エピゲノム、生化学的、物理化学的に、超エンハンサーとその領域のメガ転写複合体を解析し、前立腺がん難治化を進める遺伝子と非コードRNA群、および相分離を介した悪性化・神経内分泌化メカニズムを解明する。臨床組織での検証を行い、患者由来動物モデルを活用し、病態のスイッチ、神経内分泌化を捉え、これら因子と相分離機構を標的とする新規がん治療法開発への応用を図る。
