Outline of Research at the Start	網膜オルガノイド移植により、移植視細胞が成熟し、ホスト双極細胞とシナプスを形成することが確認されている。本研究では、末期網膜変性におけるホスト網膜の可塑性誘導とシナプス形成機構を、組織・電顕・遺伝子レベルで多角的に解析する。水平細胞の寄与や機能因子も検討し、視機能回復に資する新たな再生医療基盤の確立を目指す。
