Outline of Research at the Start

数百万人規模のレセプトデータ（JMDC及びLIFE）、アミノ酸や脂質等のメタボローム解析が可能なバイオバンクデータ（東北メディカル・メガバンク機構）、大規模住民コホート（日本老年学的評価研究JAGES）を包括的に解析し、口腔と心筋梗塞や脳梗塞といった心血管系の全身疾患との関連を最新の疫学手法を用い解析する。さらに、機械学習を用いて網羅的に解析することにより、これまでの疫学研究ではわからなかった新たなメカニズムの発見につながる解析が可能となる。
