Outline of Research at the Start

診断エラーは患者安全の深刻な課題であり、低減は国際的に喫緊のテーマである。本研究は診断エラーの多層的な発生要因を体系的に整理・評価し、医師の診断行動に対する教育的・組織的介入を統合した汎用可能な標準対策モデルの構築を目的とする。初年度には文献レビューおよび専門家インタビューを通じて要因を抽出し、影響度や修正可能性に基づく優先順位づけを行う。次年度は多施設・多国間のパイロット実装を通じて介入モデルの妥当性と適用可能性を検証する。最終年度は効果評価と実装可能性の分析を行い、持続性も視野に入れた提言を行う。臨床、教育現場に展開可能な実践的知を創出し、診断の質と安全性向上に貢献することを目指す。
