Outline of Research at the Start

依存症は、患者の身体・精神・社会的な健康を大きく損ねる。そのため依存症対策は重要な社会課題である。本研究では潜在的依存症患者がみずから依存行動から脱却するために、エビデンスに基づく有効な代替行動を確立することを目的とする。本邦で対策が急務である5つの 物質・行動 (アルコール・ギャンブル・薬物・ゲーム・インターネット)について、質的研究、観察研究、ランダム化比較試験を通して有効な代替行動の確立を目指す。本研究は依存症問題解決に向けた、エビデンスに基づく政策立案に貢献する。また依存物質や嗜癖行動を提供する産業界に対して、依存症から脱却しながら成長するアイデアの提供も行うことができる。
