Outline of Research at the Start	医療経済評価の一形態である費用効果分析を実施する際には、アウトカム指標として質調整生存年(Quality-adjusted life year: QALY)を用いることが、学術的には標準となっている。QALYを算出するためには各健康状態に対応するQOL値が必要になるが、QOL値を算出するために用いられる質問紙はほぼ全てが欧米文化圏において作成されたものである。本研究の目的は、我々が新たにアジア圏で開発した尺度であるAP-7Dについて、現在は質問票のみが開発された段階であるが、さらに国際共同開発を進め、QOL値が実際に測定できるよう実用化研究を進めていくことである。
